1. Using minihub

minihub is provided by Orions Hub ("we", "us"). By using the minihub website or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use minihub.

minihub is free for personal use. You do not need an account.

2. Your data is your responsibility

Everything you enter is stored only on your own device. We do not hold a copy and cannot restore it. You are responsible for keeping backups, for the security of your device and for anyone you allow to use it.

Data can be lost if you clear your browser's site data, uninstall the app, change browsers, or lose or reset the device. Some browsers may also clear the stored data of sites that have not been used for a long time. Use the Back up feature regularly.

3. What minihub is not

• Not financial advice. Balances, budgets, charts and split calculations are tools to help you keep your own records. They depend on what you enter and may contain mistakes. They are not accounting, tax or investment advice.
• Not a safety-critical alarm. Alarms, timers, reminders and notifications depend on your browser and device, and generally work only while minihub is open. Do not rely on them for medication, travel or anything where a missed alert could cause harm.
• Not a secure vault. The app lock keeps casual visitors out of the app. It does not encrypt the data stored on your device.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use minihub in a way that breaks the law, and do not try to disrupt, overload or misuse the website that delivers it.

5. Other apps and services

minihub can open other apps and websites, and can hand files to apps you choose through your phone's share menu. We are not responsible for those services.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering minihub. Because the app runs on your device, an installed copy will usually keep working, but we do not guarantee it. Updates are downloaded automatically and applied when you choose.

7. No warranty

minihub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of calculations, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Orions Hub is not liable for loss of data, missed reminders or alarms, financial loss, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of minihub. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

9. Ownership

The minihub name, design and software belong to Orions Hub. The content you enter belongs to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use minihub after an update means you accept the new terms.
